Wooray
Lets a group split a merch order by size, with each person paying their own share.
Wooray makes one shared design for matching group merch — tees, hoodies, caps, totes — and sends everyone a single link where they pick their size and pay their own share, so the organizer never has to chase anyone for money. There's no minimum order when one person pays for the whole group, but group orders need at least 2 people, with an automatic full refund if the group falls short by the deadline. A real person checks every design for spelling, sharpness and placement within 2 working days before anything prints, and the per-person price drops at 12 and again at 20 people. Order at least 4 weeks ahead for Europe shipping, 2-3 weeks for the US.
What holds up
- +Automatic full refund if the group falls short of its minimum by the deadline
- +A real person checks every design within 2 working days before it goes to print
- +Price per person drops at 12 people, and again at 20 — no need to negotiate a bulk deal
Mind the limits
- −Needs 4 weeks' lead time in Europe, 2-3 in the US — bad for last-minute orders
- −Group minimum is 2 people — a solo buyer pays for the whole kit alone
