XSDHub – checks correctness of invoice format and local standards
Validates e-invoice XML against EN 16931 and XRechnung rules, with explicit limits on every check
XSDHub checks UBL and CII invoice XML files against the fixed official EN 16931 rules (version 1.3.16) and, optionally, XRechnung 3.0.2 national rules, running XSD structure checks first. It states plainly that a pass is not certification or acceptance by a tax authority, and lists hard resource limits per check: 10MB max file size, a 20-second deadline, 15 CPU seconds per worker, and at most 100 report entries. One check is free; recurring batch checks run $19/month for 25 files or $49/month for 100, sent to the server only after explicit consent since invoices aren't stored.

What holds up
- +States outright that a pass is not certification or tax-authority acceptance — no false confidence
- +Processing limits are published exactly (10MB, 20s deadline, 100 report entries), not left vague
- +Invoices aren't stored and temporary files are deleted after completion or timeout
- +Covers both UBL and CII syntaxes plus the XRechnung national profile in one checker
Mind the limits
- −Requires sending invoice content to their server for every check — no fully offline/local option
- −Batch checks capped at 25 files/month on the $19 plan — larger recurring volume needs the $49 tier
- −Rules are pinned to a snapshot date and may lag the latest version a specific recipient requires
